We here at One Source – Empowering Caregivers (OSEC) are keenly aware that there are many amazing organizations in Nevada County that need financial support. So we thank you for considering supporting us.
Former First Lady Rosalynn Carter said: There are only four kinds of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, those who are currently caregivers, those who will be caregivers, and those who will need caregivers.
Meeting our aging population’s caregiving needs is rapidly approaching critical and epidemic levels—here and around the world. OSEC is addressing and filling this need in our county.
OSEC’s mission is to provide free respite, non-medical, companion care to caregivers and the loved ones they are caring for at home. We are committed to providing hope to, enhancing the quality of life of, and empowering Caregivers by getting to the heart of the matter at hand.
We need your help to ensure that we are able to sustain the support we offer to caregivers in our communities.
All contributions are received with our heartfelt thanks, and your generous gift will be conscientiously put to work to fulfill our mission.
Your generosity will be acknowledged on OSEC’s website and at our annual gala fundraiser.
There are many easy ways to support OSEC.
You can support us with a one-time or a recurring monthly donation.

IRA Charitable Rollover
For individuals taking mandatory IRA distributions, a gift made directly from IRA to OSEC is excluded from income and counts toward mandatory distribution.
