Mark is a Bay Area native who lives in Nevada City. He is a graduate of Stanford and Wake Forest Universities. He has practiced medicine since 1985 in primary care (Nevada County) and emergency medicine.

Mark is married, has two grown children and loves spending time with both.

As a primary care physician, Mark has wrestled with many iterations of a broken healthcare delivery system and understands the need for community involvement to protect and serve the most vulnerable in their time of greatest need. He feels it is a privilege to care for others and relishes the opportunity to expand into other areas of care.
